*27. Beach Concession Aareement. Consider authorizing execution of a
three-year lease/concession agreement to June 1988 between the
City and John's Beach Service, the only bidder.
Recommendation: Acting City Manager recommends approval.
Action: Motion to authorize execution of agreement.
* 28. Final Plat AOJ;lroval - Southr idge Village Condominium. Consider
request for final plat approval for Southr idge Village Condo-
minium, a proposed 35 unit multiple family project, located on
the north side of Linton Boulevard, between S. W. 8th Avenue and
S. W. 10th Avenue, if extended north.
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board approved 7-0, sub-
j ect to the conditions stated in the
attached memorandum.
Action: Motion to approve.
* 29. Reauest for use of Crane - Anchor Park. Consider request from
Mr. Norman Bender, President of Lanikai Villas to permit
Robertson Roofing Company, Inc. to use two parking spaces and a
portion of the entrance to Anchor Park for six weeks for a crane
to re-roof the Lanikai Villas.
Recommendation: Council action.
Action: Motion to approve, subject to entering into an agree-
ment.
30. Easement Deed - Water Storaae Tank. Consider authorizing accept-
ance of an easement deed from Tadeuz Sendzimir in the amount of
$14,500 relative to the water storage tank.
Recommendation: City Attorney recommends approval.
Action: Motion to accept easement deed.
*31. Extension Request - Le Village De Provence (Phase Ill. Consider
request for a 60-day extension (to September 22, 1985) for Le
Village De Provence (Phase II), a proposed 88 unit multi-family
project, located east of Barwick Road, between the L-32 Canal
and High Point Boulevard West. It is zoned RM-6 (Multi-Family
Dwelling) District and contains 14.7 acres.
Recommendation:
Planning & Zoning Board will have recom-
mendation at the meeting Tuesday night from
their meeting of July 23rd at 8:00 a.m.
* 32. Ordinance No. 71-85 . Amending Code Alcoholic Beverages.
First Reading amending Chapter 3, "Alcoholic Beverages" of the
Code of Ordinances relative to the areas and locations of
restaurants where sales of alcoholic beverages are permitted.
Recommendation: Council action.
Action: To pass the Ordinance on First Reading.

* 33. Annexation Request - Northwest Corner of Linton Boulevard and
S. W. 4th Avenue (Eisenl. Resolution No. 64-85 requests per-
mission from the Palm Beach County Board of Commissioners to

and Institutional) zoning district.
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board approved 5-1 (Carey

currently existing, conditionally approved or permitted parking
area.

* 37. Ordinance No. 75-85 - Modifying SAD Ordinance (Delrav Shores
Professional Plazal. First Reading amending Ordinance No. 62-83

38. 1985 General Obliaation Bond. Resolution No. 65-85 awards the
$5 million General Obligation Bond dated August 1, 1985,
provides certain details of the bond, authorizes execution and
delivery of the bond and authorizes execution of the official
statement.

* 39. Water Service Aareement - Polo Plaza. Consider execution of a
water service agreement for Polo Plaza, a proposed 152,650square
foot specialty retail shopping center and offices, located on
the west side of Military Trail, approximately one-quarter mile
south of Linton Boulevard.
Recommendation: Council action.
* 40. Water Service Aareement - Charter Building. Consider execution
of water service agreement for the Charter BUilding, 5264 West
Atlantic Avenue.
