8. Ordinance No. 72-85 Eisen Annexation. Second Reading and
PUBLIC HEARING relative to annexing an 0.52-acre parcel subject
to POI (Professional, Office and Institutional) zoning district,
located at the north-west corner of Linton Boulevard and S. W.
4th Avenue.
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board approved 5-1 (Carey
dissenting) .
Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading.
9. Ordinance No. 92-85 - Overland Express Annexation. Second Read-
ing and PUBLIC HEARING relative to annexing a 1.88-acre parcel,
subject to LI (Light Industrial) zoning district, located on the
east side of S. w. 4th Avenue between Linton Boulevard and South
Ridge Road.
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board and
Director recommend approval.

10. Ordinance No. 93-85 - Temple Gardens Annexation. Second Reading
and PUBLIC HEARING relative to annexing a 22. 57-acre parcel,
subject to RM (Multiple Family Dwelling), located on the north
side of the L-33 Canal, between Davis Road and High Point of
Delray.

Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING amending Chapter 9 "Buildings
and Construction" of the Code of Ordinances to allow the
property owners to reallocate their allowed square feet of
freestanding signage in a manner which results in less footage,
subject to Community Appearance Board approval.
Recommendation: Council action.
Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading.
12. Ordinance No. 110-85 - City of Delray Beach Rezoninq (Fleming
Property) . Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING relative to re-
zoning a 142.2-acre parcel from R-IAA (Single Family) to PRD-L
(Planned Residential Development District Low Density),
located on the north side of the L-31 Canal between Barwick Road
and Davis Road.
Recommendation: Planning Director recommends approval sub-
ject to density limitation of 533 dwelling
units on entire tract of land and subject to
dedication of the school site.
Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading.

E-4 Canal.

18. Donor Contract for Child Care Centers. Consider approval of
Donor Contract between the City and HRS and authorize expendi-
ture of $28,000 from Council Contingency Fund for day care
centers located in the City.

19. Collective Barqaining Agreement - Professional Firefiqhters of
Delray Beach. Local 1842. Consider ratification of and
authorization to execute collective bargaining agreement for
period October 1, 1985 through September 30, 1986 between the
City of Delray Beach and Professional Firefighters of Delray
Beach, Local 1842, I.A.F.F.
Recommendation: City Manager recommends approval.
Action: Motion to approve.
20. Collective Barqaininq Aqreement - Florida State Lodge. Fraternal
Order of Police. Consider ratification of and authorization to
execute collective bargaining agreement for per iod October 1,
1985 through September 30, 1986 between the City of Delray Beach
and Florida State LOdge, Fraternal Order of Police.
Recommendation: City Manager recommends approval.

* 21. Allev Abandonment - Block 97. Highland Park. Resolution No. 84-
85 vacates and abandons a portion of an alley right-of-way to
become a part of a commercial property zoned GC (General
Commercial), located west of N. E. 5th Avenue between N. E. 3rd
Street and N. E. 4th Street.

the C-15 Canal.

located immediately southwest of the adjoining Rainberry Circle

* 27. Conditional Use Aooroval - Bell South Mobili tv. Inc.. Consider
request for conditional use approval for Bell South Mobility,
Inc., a proposed 150 foot high communication and transmission
facility, located at the southeast corner of S. W. 16th Avenue
and S. W. 7th Street.

rector recommend approval with conditions.

* 28. Aopeal to Decision of Community Aooearance Board - Atlantic
Market and Laundry. Consider appeal of the CAB decision re-
garding signs and color of building at the Atlantic Market and
Laundry, located at 633 West Atlantic Avenue.
Recommendation: Council action.
* 29. Ordinance No. 111-85 - Atlantic High School Annexation. First
Reading relative to a request by the School Board of Palm Beach
County to annex a 37.33-acre parcel subject to R-IAA (Single
Family) zoning district, located on the east side of Seacrest
Boulevard between N. E. 22nd Street and Decarie Street.
Recommendation: Planning Director recommends approval.
Action: To pass the Ordinance on First Reading.
Note: If passed, Public Hearing October 28th.
* 30. Street Sweeper for Public Works Deoartment. Consider award of a
contract to Municipal Equipment Company for a FML Vanguard 3000
HD street sweeper in the amount of $66,500, with funds to come
from the Insurance Fund-Claims.
Recommendation: City Manager and Director of Public Works/
City Engineer recommend approval.
