Second Reading HEARING relative to changing the City's Land Use nation in the Comprehensive Plan for a 9.82-acre MF-IO (Multiple Family) to C (Commercial), located side of U. S. No.1, between Allen Avenue and Avenue Plan Desi9- and PUBLIC Plan Desig- parcel from on the east Au Soleil. Recommenda tion: Planning & Zoning Board voted 3-3; Planning Director recommends approval. Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading. )t8. Ordinance No. 114-85 - Amending Code - Buildina Codes and Fee Schedules. Second Reading amending Chapter 9 "Buildings and Construction" of the Code of Ordinances relative to adopting the 1982 Building Codes, together with the 1984 Amendments, together with Municipal Amendments, including changes in fee schedule for the Standard Building Code, the Standard Gas Code, Standard Plumbing Code, Standard Mechanical Code and National Electr ic Code. PUBLIC HEARING was closed at the November 12th meeting and final passage deferred to the December 3rd meeting. Recommendation: Director of Development and Inspection/CBO recommends approval. Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading. 9. Ordinance No. 116-85 - I.R.E. Real Estate Fund. Ltd Annexation. Second Reading relative to annexing a 5.0-acre parcel subject to LI (Light Industrial) District, located south of Linton Boulevard between the F.E.C. railroad tracks and S. E. 4th Avenue. PUBLIC HEARING was closed at the November 26th meeting and final passage deferred to the December 3rd meeting. Recommendation: Planning Director recommends approval. Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading. CONSENT AGENDA 10. La France Pumper to $1,255.00. Final Plat Approval - Replat of Lot 1 Seller's Addition. Con- sider approval of final plat for a replat of Lot 1 Seller's Addition to subdivide the lot into two separate lots. The property is located at the northeast corner of S. W. 6th Street and Swinton Avenue. Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board and Planning Di- rector recommend approval. Action: Motion to approve. Consider request for conditional use approval for Emmanuel Catholic Church, a proposed religious complex with a 1000 seat church and attendant educational facilities, located on the east side of Military Trail, between Linton Boulevard and Sherwood Boulevard. Appointment - Code Enforcement Board. Consider appointment of regular member to the Code Enforcement Board to a term ending January 14, 1989. Recommendation: Council action. Action: To appoint Board member. 16. Ordinance No. 127-85 Amendin9 Code Replacement of Vegetation. First Reading amending Chapter 9 "Buildings and Construction" of the Code of Ordinances requiring the replace- ment of any vegetation damaged prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy. Ordinance No. 136-85 - Zonin9 Ordinance Amendment - Live-Aboard Vessels. First Reading amending Chapter 30 "Zoning" of the Code of Ordinances to allow live-aboard vessels as a conditional use within the RM-IO and RM-15 Multiple Family Dwelling Districts. Recommendation: Plannina & Zoning Board and Planning Di- rector recommend approval. Action: To pass the Ordinance on First Reading. Note: If passed, F~blic Hearing December 17th. * 18. Ordinance No. 137-85 - Delray Park of Commerce Rezonin9.
