contract to the low bidder, Westra Construction Corporation
for storm drain repairs in the amount of $17,500, with
funds to corne from the 1983-84 Public Works budget.

19. Ratification of South ~~~l Re~~Qal Wastewg1er Treatment
and Disposal Board action of Janu<u:-Y--12. 1984. Consider
ratification of SCRWTD Board's action in authorizing
Russell & Axon to prepare a hydraulic evaluation.
Recommendation: SCRWTD Board approved 7-0.

* 20. Part 1 of the Water Master Plan. Consider authorizing
Russell & Axon to develop Part 1 of the Water Master Plan
in the amount of $38,000, with funds to corne from the Water
and Sewer Fund.
Recommendation: Public Utilities Director recommends ap-
proval.

* 21. Water Service Outside Ci tv. Consider execution of water
service agreement with Jeffrey Slavin for 1201 Georgia
Street. The property is zoned residential and the proposed
use is for an auto/truck service repair. The property is
not contiguous.
Recommendation: Public Utilities Director recommends ap-
proval.

* 22. Abandonment of Easements. Alleys and Streets (South Delray
Shoppina Plaza). Resolution No. 7-84 vacates and abandons
easements, alleys and streets within the South Delray
Shopping Plaza, located north of Avenue L between Flor ida
Boulevard and Federal Highway.
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board approved unani-
mously.
