7. Ordinance No. 14-84 - Zonin9 Ordinance Amendment - Reduce
Parking Reauirements. Second Reading and Public Hearing
amending Chapter 30 "Zoning" of the Code of Ordinances to
reduce the parking requirements for business and
professional offices having a total floor area in excess of
3,000 square feet.
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board approved unani-
mously.
Action: To adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading.

* 17. En9ineerin9 Reoort Expansion of the City's Water and
Sewer Services. Consider authorizing execution of an agree-
ment between the City and Russell & Axon to provide an
engineering report for inclusion in the bond document for
the expansion of the City's Water & Sewer systems at a cost
of $12,000. Funds are to come from the 1983-84 budget with
reimbursement from the sale of anticipated bonds.
Recommendation: City Manager recommends approval.

* 18. Sanitary Sewers and Water Utilities. Resolution No. 16-84
accepts sanitary sewers and water utilities as operational
as recorded in the plat of Rainberry Bay, Section 6.

* 19. Nuisance Abatement. Resolution No. 17-84 assesses costs on
27 properties in accordance with Sections 13-12 and 13-13
of the Code.
Recommendation: City Clerk recommends approval.

two properties in accordance with Section 27-15 of the Code.

* 21. Rezonina Request - Southeast corner of Atlantic Avenue and
Congress Avenue (Shell Oil Company). Resolution No. 19-84
requests permission from the Palm Beach County Board of
Commissioners to rezone land annexed from CG (General
Commercial) (County) to GC (General Commercial) (City) .
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board approved 7-0.
Action: Motion to adopt the Resolution.

Shadywoods Subdivision. Cost is not to exceed $16,000,
with funds to come from the 1983-84 budget.

27. FOP Impasse Resolution Hearing. Consider setting the date
for holding the FOP impasse resolution hearing.
Recommendation: Council action.
*. 28. Ordinance No. 13-84 - Shell Oil Company Annexation. First
Reading relative to annexing a 0.6-acre parcel subject to
GC (General Commercial) to allow the addition of a pump
island and canopy to Shell Oil Station, an existing
gasoline station. The property is located at the southeast
corner of Atlantic Avenue and Congress Avenue.
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board approved 7_0.
Action: To pass the Ordinance on First Reading.

* 29. Ordinance No. 15-84 - Changina the City's Land Use Plan
Designation. First Reading relative to changing the City's
Land Use Plan Designation in the Comprehensive Plan for a
parcel of land located at the southeast corner of Atlantic
Avenue and Congress Avenue (Shell Oil Company) .
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board approved 7-0.
Action: To pass the Ordinance on First Reading.

* 30. Acceotance of Easement Deed from Delrav West Plaza
Partners. Ltd. Consider acceptance of an easement deed
from Delray West Plaza Partners, Ltd. (Scotty's), located
east of Military Trail. Council approved a water service
agreement on September 26, 1983 for Scotty's, subject to
receipt of a utilities easement.
Recommendation: Public Utilities Director
