Consider request for conditional use approval to allow the addition of a pump island and canopy at the Shell Oil Station, located at the southeast corner of Atlantic Avenue and Congress Avenue. Consider request by the Delray Affair Committee of the Chamber of Commerce for use of the Adult Recreation Center for a wine and cheese party on April 28th and Apr il 29th for the purpose of purchasing new holiday street decorations. Resolution No. 27-84 requests permission from the Palm Beach County Board of Commissioners to rezone land to be annexed from CG (General Commercial) (County) to GC (General Commercial) (City) .
