SPECIAL MEETING
OF
DELRAY BEACH CITY COUNCIL
Pursuant to Section 3.07 of the City Charter of the City of
Delray Beach, Florida, Mayor Doak S. Campbell has instructed me to
advise you of a Special Meeting of Council to be held in the Council
Chambers at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 18, 1984.
This meeting has been called for the purpose of:
1. Considering passage of Resolution No. 73-84 authorizing
loan agreement to finance 1984 beach restoration pro-
ject and authorizing all contracts and agreements
necessary for the project.
2. Considering approval of, and authorizing execution
of the collective bargaining agreement between the
City and Florida State Lodge, FOP for contract period
ending September 30, 1985.
3. Considering presentation by Marina Delray on the
removal of docks, dolphins and finger piers.
4. Considering appointment of Board Members.
5. Considering authorizing execution of release from
declaration of Unity of Title--palms of Delray.
