DELRAY BEACH CITY COUNCIL
Pursuant to Section 3.07 of the City Charter of the City of
Delray Beach, Florida, Mayor Doak S. Campbell has instructed me to
advise you of a Special Meeting of Council to be held in the Council
Chambers at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 2, 1984.
This meeting has been called for the purpose of:
1. Considering passage of Resolution No. 78-84 voicing
the opposition of the City Council to the Unitary
Tax and urging its replacement with another revenue
source.
2. Considering interviews with and selection of finalist for
the lease management of the Municipal Golf Course:
a. Burl Dale
b. John Byron or George Beaulieu
c. Gene Stout
d. Laurie Hammer or Bob Murphy
e. Franklin Code House
f. R. L. Carson

1. Presentation on update on proposed Delint Center rezoning
(Tom McMurrian) .
*2. Possible Sale of City property at the southeast corner of
Venetian Drive and Miramar (Roger Saberson).
*3. Exchange of real property between the City and the Arch-
diocese of Miami (Assistant City Attorney) .
*4. Consider changing floor elevations to 12" rather than 18"
on additions of less than 50% of the structure (Director
of Development and InspectionjCBO).
