PUBLIC HEARING for determining the type of garbage and trash service to be provided to the various areas of the City Recommendation: Council action. * 9. Ordinance No. 24-8, - Homewood and Atlantic Rezonin~. Sec- ond Reading and PUBLIC HEARING relative to rezoning to RM-6 (Multiple Family Dwelling) District approval. The property is located at the southeast corner of Atlantic Avenue and the recently realigned Homewood Boulevard. Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board recommended denial. Action: Motion to adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading. * 10. Ordinance No. 2~-8, - Chan~in~ the Citv's Land Use Plan Desi~nation. Second Reading and PUBLIC HEARING relative to changing the City's Land Use Plan Designation in the Compre- hensive Plan for a parcel of land located at the southeast corner of Atlantic Avenue and the recently realigned Home- wood Boulevard from SF (Single Family) to MF (Multiple Family) . Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board recommended denial. Action: Motion to adopt the Ordinance on Second Reading. CONSENT AGENDA 11. Ratification of South Central Re~ional Wastewater Treatment and Discosal Board Action of Acril 27. lQ8,. Consider rati- fication of SCRWTD Board action to prepare all plans and to take all steps necessary to assume operation of the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant as soon as possible. Recommendation: SCRWTD Board approved 8-0. Action: Motion to ratify action. * 12. Develocers Utilitv Service A~reement - Centex Homes of Florida. Inc. Consider approval of agreement between the City and Centex Homes of Florida, Inc. for water and sewer service to Villas of Rainberry Lakes (Phase IV-B). $1,300.00 ($62.50 per living unit for sewer and $37.50 per living unit for water = $100.00 per 13 living units) will be paid to the City at a time spelled out in the agreement. Recommendation: Public Utilities Director recommends ap- , proval. Action: Motion to approve and authorize execution of agreement. * 13. Final Plat Accroval - Branch Bank of Lantana. Consider final plat approval for Branch Bank of Lantana, located at the northwest corner of Congress Avenue and Linton Boule- vard. Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board approved unani- mously. Action: Motion to approve final plat. * 14. Citv Hall Proiect - Renovations to First Floor Bathrooms. Consider approval of Change Order for Cox and Palmer to renovate the bathrooms and extend the water line in the amount of $5,114.00 and authorize Myers Plumbing to re- move and replace plumbing fixtures and replace with new trim in the amount of $1,811.10. Recommendation: City Hall Building Committee. Action: Motion to approve. * 15. Nuisance Abatement. abating nuisances for Section 13-13.
