Consider ac- ceptance of settlement offer in the case of Gregory K. Seaver in the amount of $2,500, with funds to come from self-insurance retention. Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board approved 5-2 (Horenburger and Newbold dissenting) . Action: Motion to adopt the Resolution. . 17. Nuisance Abatement. ReSOlution No. 81-83 assesses costs for abating nuisances on 13 properties in accordance with Section 13-13. These are delinquent accounts and this places a lien on the properties. Consider authorizing execution of agreement between the City and Lago Del Rey Builders, Inc. relative to an entrance sign on Homewood Boulevard. Recommendation: City Attorney recommends approval. Con- sider designating the City's Voting Member for the Florida League of Cities Convention, October 13-16, 1983, in Kissimmee. Recommendation: Council action. Consider authorizing execution of agreement be- tween the City and Stanley Tate relative to the realignment of Davis Road. Recommendation: Director of Public Works/City Engineer and City Attorney recommend approval. Action: Motion to authorize execution of agreement. 21. A~pointments - Community Aopearance Board. Ordinance No. 65-83 -The Rod and Gun Club Annexation. First Reading relative to annexing a 1.51 acre parcel of land, subject to SAD (Special Activities District), located north of West Atlantic Avenue between Barwick Road and Hamlet Drive, if extended north. Ordinance No. 66-83 - The Rod and Gun Club Annexation _ Conditional Use. Site and Development Plan. First Reading relative to rezoning to SAD (Special Activities District) and the further conditional use and site and development plan to allow the conversion of an existing structure to a restaurant and lounge. The property is located north of West Atlantic Avenue between Barwick Road and Hamlet Drive, if extended north. Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board approved 7-0.
