CONSENT AGENDA
* 7. Final Plat Approval - South Delray ShoPpin9 Plaza (Phase
~. Consider request for final plat approval for South
Delray Shopping Plaza (Phase One), an approved shopping
center, located north of Avenue "L" between Florida
Voulevard and Federal Highway.
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board approved unani-
mously, subject to conditions in the
attached memorandum.
Action: Motion to approve,
* 8. Conditional Use Approval - Lloyd's Exxon. Consider request
for conditional use approval for Lloyd's Exxon, an existing
gas station, to allow the addition of two pump islands. The
property is located at the northeast corner of Congress
Avenue and Atlantic Avenue.
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board approved unani-
mously, subject to the conditions in the
attached memorandum.
Action: Motion to approve.
* 9. Contract for Audit Services. Consider authorizing execution
of contract between the City and Ernst & Whinney to provide
auditing services.
Recommendation: Council action.
Action: Motion to authorize execution of contract.
10. Water Service Outside City. Consider execution of water
service agreement with William A. Chamberlain for a parcel
of land located at the southwest corner of Avenue G and
South Federal Highway. Present use of the property is
apartments and bar and proposed use is for an automobile
dealership. The property is zoned CG (General Commercial)
and is not contiguous. Use is consistent with the Land Use
Plan.
Recommendation: Public Utilities Director recommends ap-
proval.
Action: Motion to authorize execution of agreement.

*12. Apgeal of a Community Appearance Board Decision. Consider
appeal by Mr. Douglas D. Cary of a CAB decision relative to
a fence and landscaping at Cary's Warehouse, 340-350 Congress
Avenue.
Recommendation: Community Appearance Board denied 5-1
(Mrs. Bird dissenting) .
Action: Consider appeal of decision.
* 13. Rezonina - Rainberry Estates. Consider request for rezoning
of a 23.81-acre parcel in Rainberry Estates from R-lAAA
(Single Family Dwelling) District to R-lAA (Single Family
Dwelling) District. The property is located west of Davis
Road, between Lone Pine Road and Rainberry Bay.
Recommendation: Planning & Zoning Board voted 4-2,
(Bridges, and Carey dissenting) to recom-
mend denial.
Action: Motion to approve.
* 14. Change Orders - City Hall Additions and Alterations. Con-
sider approval of final change orders for City Hall projects.
Recommendation: City Hall Building Committee recommends
approval.
Action: Motion to approve change orders.
