ORDINANCE NO. 90-86 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY .COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY ' S LAND USE PLAN DESIGNATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR A PORTION OF THE PLAT OF TROPIC PALMS NO. 1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 99 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH A PORTION OF BLOCK ? OF DEL R~,TON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT' BOOK 14, PAGES 9 AND 10 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM 'MF-10 (MULTIPLE FAMILY) TO C-COMMERCIAL. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF LINDELL BOULEVARD, BETWEEN U.S. HIGHWAY NO. i AND DIXIE HIGHWAY~ AMENDING THE LAND USE PLAN! PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The subject property is located on the south side of Lin~ell Boulevard, between U.S. Highway No. I and Dixie Highway. The above-described parcel contains a 2.317 acre parcel' of land, more or less. Section 2. That the Land Use Plan designation of the subject property in the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 65-79 is hereby changed to C-Commercial. Section 3. That the Planning Director of said City shall, upon the effective date of this ordinance, change the Land use Plan of Delray Beach, Florida, to conform with the provisions hereof. Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately after passage on second and final reading.
