Consider re- quest for water service outside the City from Walter and Sarah Stryjek. Subject property is not contiguous to the City's corpo- rate boundaries. Use of property is in accordance with the Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Easement Deed - Del-Harbour Subdivision (Alfred J. SquitiriJ Con- sider accepting a 12-foot easement deed. The City, by adoption of Resolution No. 89-80, vacated a 12-foot drainage easement between Lots 29 and 30, Del-Harbour Subdivision, subject to the owner providing another easement deed. Recommendation: City Engineer recommends approval. Action: Motion to authorize acceptance of easement deed. 16.. Population and Growth Projects - South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Board. SCRWTD Board Resolution No. 1-82 relative to authorizing Russell & Axon to review the revised data from Delray Beach and Boynton Beach and to comment, combine and advise the Board as appropriate. Resolution No. 1-82 was adopted at the Board meeting on June 17th. Action of the Board requires ratification of the Cities of Delray Beach and Boynton Beach. Recommendation: SCRWTD Board approved 8-0. Action: Motion to ratify action of Board. 17. Sludge Conditioning and Stabilization - Regional Plant. Consider Change Order No. 1 decreasing the contract price by Lanzo Con- struction Company by $14,039.00 for a total net contract price of $833,761.20. This change order eliminates the lime slurry tank building. The change order was approved at the SCRWTD Board meet- ing on June 17th. Action of the Board requires ratification of the Cities of Delray Beach and Boynton Beach. Recommendation: SCRWTD Board approved 8-0. Action: Motion to ratify action of Board. * 18. Roots Cultural Festival. Resolution No. 56-82 supports the fifth annual Roots Cultural Festival from July 26th through August 8, 1982. Consider Change Order No. 3 decreasing the contract price by Intercounty Con- struction in the amount of $12,458.00 for a total net contract price of $4,415,901.75. This change order deletes the iron and color analyzers and increases the contract time by 185 calendar days. Recommendation: Acting Public Utilities Director recommends approval. to approve change order. Action: Motion - - Release of Retainage - Water Treatment Plant. Recommendation: Action: Motion Note: Planning Director recommends approval. to pass the Ordinance on First Reading. If passed, Public Hearing July 27th. Tent Assembly Application. Consider application from Seventh Day Adventist Church for Summer Revival and Vacation Bible School to be held July 3rd through August 14, 1982. Recommendation: Council Action. Action: Motion to approve application. Appointments - Downtown Development Authority. Appointment of three members to the DDA. The DDA has recommended the reappointments of Harry Newman and Ted Billingsley to three-year terms ending July 1, 1985 and the appointment of Dr. Carl Carter to the unexpir- ed term of Lynn Taylor ending July 1, 1983.
