Pursuant to Section 3.07 of the Cit~ Charter of the City of
Delray Beach, Florida, Mayor Leon M. Weekes has instructed me to
advise you of a Special Meeting of Council to be held in the Council
Chambers at 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 28, 1981.
This meeting has been called for the purpose of:
(1) Considering request for final plat approval -- Old
Harbor Plaza.
(2) Considering request for final plat approval -- Old
Harbor Office and Bank Facility.
(3) Considering request for final plat approval -- Old
Harbor Office and Bank Facility II.

Knight Enterprises, Inc. agrees to pay for the
total cost of these improvements subject to the approval of
DOT. If and when the developers of the Delray Mall either
renovate the existing Delray Mall (22 acres) and/or expand
its existing commercial facility on the adjacent 6 acres,
the City of Delray Beach agrees to collect from the developers
of the Delray Mall 50% of the actual cost of a traffic
signal, concrete separater, and closing of existing median,
and then forthwith remit to Knight Enterprises, Inc. said
sum (50% of such off-site improvements) collected from the
developers of the Delray Mall.

Harbor Club. Stephen Ryan requests conditional use and site

District to allow 50 dwelling units in a six story building on
3.74 acres. The subject property is in Section 21-46-43, and
is located south of S.E. lOth Street, between U.S. #1 and the

(3) Site Plan Modification - Church Of The Palms. Reginald Cook
requests site plan modification for the Church of the Palms,
which consists of adding 1,000 sq. ft. of floor area. The
subject property is in Section 5-46-43, and is located at the
southwest corner of Swinton Avenue and Pineridge Road (N.W. 22nd
street), and is zoned R-1AA Single Family.
