AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY
BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY'S LAND USE PLAN
DESIGNATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR A PARCEL OF
LAND LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH,
RANGE 43 EAST, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM I
(INDUSTRIAL)' TO C (COMMERCIAL). THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF S.W. 4TH AVENUE AND
LINTON BOULEVARD; AMENDING THE LAND USE PLAN; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS=
Section 1. That the legal description of the subject property
is as follows=
Beginning at the intersection of the east right-of-way
line of S.W. 4th Avenue and the north right-of-way line
of Linton Boulevard, then proceed northward along said
east right-of-way line a distance of 473.08 feet, then
proceed eastward (at a right angle) a distance of 638
feet, then proceed southward (at a right angle) to the
north right-of-way line of Linton Boulevard, then proceed
westward along said north right-of-way line to the Point
of Beginning, Section 20, Township 46 South, Range 43
East, Palm Beach County, Florida.
The subject property is located at the northeast corner
of S.W. 4th Avenue and Linton Boulevard.
Section 2. That the Land Use Plan designation of the subject
property in the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 65-79 is
hereby changed to C (Commercial).
Section 3. That the Planning Director of said City shall, upon
the effective date of this ordinance, change the Land use Plan of Delray
Beach, Florida, to conform with the provisions hereof.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately after passage on second and final reading.
PASSED AND ADOPTED in regular session on second and final
reading on this the 30thday of December , 1986.
