AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY
BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY ' S LAND USE PLAN
DESIGNATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR A PARCEL OF
LAND LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH,
RANGE 43 EAST, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM MF-10
(MULTIPLE FAMILY 10 UNITS/ACRE} TO MF-H (MULTI-FAMILY
HIGH DENSITY}. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED SOUTH OF
S.E. 10TH STREET AND WEST OF MIAMI BOULEVARD; AMENDING
THE LAND USE PLAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the legal description of the subject property
is as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Weihmueller
Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 174 of the
Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, then
proceed southward along the east line of said Subdivision
to the north line of Lambert Trailer Court, as recorded
in Plat Book 22, Page 41, of the Public Records of Palm
Beach County, Florida, then proceed eastward along said
north line to the southwest corner of the Professional
Office Plaza for Aquillano, as recorded in Plat Book 44,
Page 147 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida, then proceed northward along the west line and
its northerly projection of said plat to the south
right-of-way line of S.E. 10th Street, then proceed
westward along said south right-of-way line to the Point
of Beginning, Section 21, Township 46 South, Range 43
East, Palm Beach County, Florida.
The subject property is located south of S.E. 10th Street
and west of Miami Boulevard.
Section 2. That the Land Use Plan designation of the subject
property in the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 65-79 is
hereby changed to MF-H (Multi-Family High Density}.
Section 3. Tha~ the Planning Director of said City shall, upon
the effective date of this ordinance, change the Land use Plan of Delray
Beach, Florida, to conform with the provisions hereof.
SectiOn 4. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately after passage on second and final reading.
PASSED AND ADOPTED in regular session on second and final
