CATIONS /REQUIREMENTS.
Member rving on advisory boards or Committees shall possess sufficient knowledge,
experience, judg=e ckground necessary to competently serve the Board or Committee to which
they are appointed.embers shall be wes�idents electors of the City, erg

Charter except as may be provided for by Florida Statutes,
or elsewhere within the Code of Ordinances of the City of Delray Beach. The Ci
Commission may amoint a non -elector if, in its discretion, it determines that the Citv's interests would
best be served by appointing a non -elector.
Section 2. That Chapter 32, "Departments, Boards, and Commissions", Section 32.28,
"Qualifications of Members", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Delray Beach, Florida, be amended to
read as follows:
Sec. 32.28. QUALIFICATIONS OF MEMBERS.
It is the intent, if possible, that the membership of the E n Board shallde members

Section 3. That Chapter 135, "Abate t of Nuisances", 135.20(A), "Nuisance
Abatement Board; Organization", of the Ordin sof the City of Deli, Beach, Florida, be amended
to read as follows:
Sec. 135.20. NUISANCE ABATEMENT BOARD; ORGANIZATION.
(A) There is hereby crel and establish a N sance Abatement Board to hear evidence
relating to the exi ce of public nuis es on pre s locatedin the City. The Nuisance Abatement
