As we mentioned, we feel that only a very short extent ion is necessary. Sixty days would be adequate. Hith respect to the cost of the project our estimates are that, at curr~nt cost levels, the entire project including all of the units, not including any salaries for staff or payments to any of the principals, will be approximately $1,600,000.00. \'le anticipate that, as of April 26, 1980 we will have spent in actual disbursements of funds approximately $350,000.00 and will be obligated at that time for an additional $200,000.00 to complete the work which is currently in progress. I would like also to reconfirm to you that we have made no arrangements with our construction lender for advance payments. The monies, spent out of our construction loan are dra...m under a normal draw schedule and are not advance payments. Although you did not ask this I would like to reassure you that First Encounter, Ltd. the developing entity, is composed of the same individu;)ls '",ho owned the land at the time of Judge Mac- :-lill,:m's order was entered Id th the addi tion of iJ. local accountant a local doctor, and Bill Maher's law firm. The new innividuals have entered by virtue of additional contributions to the venture and they did not buyout any of the original land owners. I make this co~ent because I feel that it reaches the soirit of the order, which was to prevent speculation with the site plan approvil 1. However, the owner has taken the boat off the market based on my word that we would purchase the boat, I think it is extremely important that we get approval as soon as possible to complete this transaction as he has been contacted by two other people who are interested in purchasing the boat.
