135-86 ORDINANCE NO. 135-86 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY'S LAND USE PLAN DESIG- NATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR A PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM SF (SINGLE FAMILY) TO MF-L (MULTI-FAMILY LOW DENSITY). THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED SOUTH OF LAKE IDA ROAD, EAST OF ROOSEVELT AVENUE AND WEST OF N.W. 10TH AVENUE; AMENDING THE LAND USE PLAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the legal description of the subject property is as follows: That parcel lying north of the south section line of Section 8, Township 46 South, Range 43 East, south of Lake Ida Road east of the northward projection of the west line of Poinciana Heights, as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 245 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and west of the west right-of-way line of N.W. 8th Avenue, excluding the easterly 80 feet, more or less, and the westerly 410 feet, more or less, extending 100 feet, more or less, south of Lake Ida. The subject property is located south of Lake Ida Road, east of Roosevelt Avenue and west of N.W. 10th Avenue. Section 2. That the Land Use Plan designation of the subject property in the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 65-79 is hereby changed to MF-L (Multi-Family Low Density). Section 3. That the Planning Director of said City shall, upon the effective date of this ordinance, change the Land use Plan of Delray Beach, Florida, to conform with the provisions hereof. Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective immedi- ately after passage on second and final reading.
