AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY
BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY'S LAND USE PLAN DESIG-
NATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR LOTS 11 THROUGH 44
AND 47 THROUGH 55, BLOCK 35; LOTS i THROUGH 11 AND LOTS
64 THROUGH 68, BLOCK 34; LOTS 15 THROUGH 33, BLOCK 26,
AND LOTS 26 THROUGH 30, BLOCK 27, DEL RATON PARK, AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 9 AND 10 OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM MF-6 (MULTI-
PLE FAMILY 6 UNITS/ACRE) TO MF-M (MULTI=FAMILY MODERATE
DENSITY). THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED WEST OF
FLORIDA BOULEVARD AND EAST OF U.S. HIGHWAY NO. 1; AMEND-
ING THE LAND USE PLAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the legal description of the subject property
is as follows:
Lots 11 through 44 and 47 through 55, Block 35; Lots 1
through 11 and 64 through 68, Block 34; Lots 15 through
33, Block 26, and Lots 26 through 30, Block 27, Del Raton
Park, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 9 and 10 of the
Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
The subject property is located west of Florida Boulevard
and east of U.S. Highway No. 1.
Section 2. That the Land Use Plan designation of the subject
property in the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 65-79 is
hereby changed to MF-M (Multi-Family Moderate Density).
Section 3. That the Planning Director of said City shall, upon
the effective date of this ordinance, change the Land use Plan of Delray
Beach, Florida, to conform with the provisions hereof.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective immedi-
ately after passage on second and final reading.
PASSED AND ADOPTED in regular session on second and final
reading on this the 30th day of December , 1986.
