AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY
BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY'S LAND USE PLAN
DESIGNATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR A PARCEL OF
LAND LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH,
RANGE 42 EAST, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM SF
(SINGLE F~ILY) TO MF-L (MULTI-FAMILY LOW DENSITY). THE
SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED NORTH OF ATLANTIC AVENUE,
BETWEEN DOVER ROAD AND BARWICK ROAD; AMENDING THE LA~D
USE PLAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the legal description of the subject property
is as follows:
A 5.00 acre parcel which lies in the southwest quarter of
the east half of the northeast quarter of Section 13,
Township 46 South, Range 42 East, which generally lies at
the northeast corner of the intersection of Hamlet Drive
and Atlantic Avenue.
The subject property is located north of Atlantic Avenue,
between Dover Road and Barwick Road.
Section 2. That the Land Use Plan designation of the subject
property in the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 65-79 is
hereby changed to MF-L (Multi-Family Low Density).
Section 3. That the Planning Director of said City shall, upon
the effective date of this ordinance, change the Land use Plan of Delray
Beach, Florida, to conform with the provisions hereof.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately after passage on second and final reading.
PASSED AND ADOPTED in regular session on second and final
reading on this the 30thday of December , 1986.
