154-86 ORDINANCE NO. 154-86 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY'S LAND USE PLAN DESIGNATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR A PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM MF-15 (MULTIPLE FAMILY 15 UNITS/ACRE) TO MF-H (MULTI-FAMILY HIGH DENSITY). THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED EAST OF A1A, NORTH AND SOUTH OF LINTON BOULEVARD AND WEST OF THE ATLANTIC OCEAN; AMENDING THE LAND USE PLAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the legal description of the subject property is as follows: A 2.65 acre parcel which lies in the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of the west half of the northeast quarter of Section 28, Township 46 South, Range 43 East, which generally lies east of the intersection of A1A and Del Haven Drive. The subject property is located east of A1A, north and south of Linton Boulevard and west of the Atlantic Ocean. Section 2. That the Land Use Plan designation of the subject  roperty in the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 65-79 is ereby changed to MF-H (Multi-Family High Density). Section 3. That the Planning Director of said City shall, upon the effective date of this ordinance, change the Land use Plan of Delray Beach, Florida, to conform with the provisions hereof. Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately after passage on second and final reading.
