~N ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY
BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY ' S LAND USE PLAN
DESIGNATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR A PARCEL OF
LAND LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH,
RANGE 43 EAST, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM MF-10
(MULTIPLE FAMILY 10 UNITS/ACRE) TO MF-L (MULTI-FAMILY LOW
DENSITY). THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED NORTH OF
ATLANTIC AVENUE, SOUTH OF HIGH POINT OF DELRAY CONDO
SECTION 1 AND WEST OF HIGH POINT BOULEVARD; AMENDING THE
LAND USE PLAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the legal description of the subject property
is as follows:
A 4.05 acre parcel which lies in the southeast quarter of
the northwest quarter of the west half of the southwest
quarter of Section 18, Township 46 South, Range 43 East,
which is generally located at the northwest corner of the
intersection with Homewood Boulevard and Atlantic Avenue.
The subject property is located north of Atlantic Avenue,
south of High Point of Delray Condo Section 1 and west of
High Point Boulevard.
Section 2. That the Land Use Plan designation of the subject
property in the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 65-79 is
hereby changed to MF-L (Multi-Family Low Density).
Section 3. That the Planning Director of said City shall, upon
the effective date of this ordinance, change the Land use Plan of Delray
Beach, Florida, to conform with the provisions hereof.
Section 4. That this ordinance' shall become effective
immediately after passage on second and final reading.
PASSED AND ADOPTED in_regular session on second and final
