13-85 ORDINANCE NO. 13-85 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY'S LAND USE PLAN DESIG- NATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR A PARCEL OF LAND IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST FROM MF-15- MULTIPLE FAMILY TO POI-PROFESSIONAL, OFFICE, AND INSTITU- TIONAL; AMENDING THE LAND USE PLAN; PROVIDING AN EFFEC- TIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board, at the meeting held on December 17, 1984, recommended that the City's Land Use Plan designation in the Comprehensive Plan for the subject property be changed from MF-15- Multiple Family to POI-Professional, Office and Institutional; and, %~EREAS, the City Council concurs with the recommendation, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the legal description of the subject property is as follows: That part of Lots 10 and 11, Block 1, Model Land Com- pany's Subdivision in Section 21, Township 46 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, lying East of the East Right-of-Way line of U.S. Highway No. 1 (State Road No. 5) and between the Westerly Extension of the North and South boundaries of Lot 27, Block 2, of the said Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 128 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, less the South 100 feet thereof, as measured along said East Right-of-Way line of U.S. Highway No. 1. The subject property is located on the east side of Federal Highway, between Linton Boulevard and S.E. 10th Street. The above-described parcel contains a 0.51 acre parcel of land, more or less. Section 2. That the Land Use Plan designation of the subject property in the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 65-79 is hereby changed to POI-Professional, Office, and Institutional. Section 3. That the Planning Director of said City shall, upon the effective date of this ordinance, change the Land Use Plan of Delray Beach, Florida, to conform with the provisions hereof. Section 4.
