AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY
BEACH', FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY'S LAND USE PLAN DESIG-
NATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR ALL THE UNITS (1-1
THROUGH' 1-22 AND 2-1 THROUGH 2-22) DELRAY SHORES PROFES-
SIONAL PLAZA ALSO KNOWN AS 2100 AND 2150 LAKE IDA ROAD,
DELRAY BEACH. FORMERLY KNOWN AS PARCEL A, LESS W5', OF
MCCULLOCH' PLAT NO. l, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 31.
A REPLAT OF LOTS 1 THROUGH' 7, BLOCK 1, DELRAY SHORES,
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 232 AND 233 OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM MF-10 MUL-
TIPLE FAMILY TO POI- PROFESSIONAL, OFFICE, AND INSTITU-
TIONAL. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF LAKE IDA ROAD BETWEEN CONGRESS AVENUE AND DAVIS
ROAD; AMENDING THE LAND USE P~.N; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the legal description of the subject property is
as follows:
All the units (1-1 through 1-22 and 2-1 through 2-22)
DELRAY SHORES PROFESSIONAL PLAZA, a condominium, accord-
ing to the Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits an-
nexed thereto, recorded in Official Record Book 4148,
Page 205, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida.
Also known as 2100 and 2150 Lake Ida Road, Delray Beach,
F 1 or ida.
Formerly known as Parcel A, less the west five feet
thereof, McCulloch Plat No. 1 according to the Plat
thereof, r-ecorded in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court, in and for Palm Beach County, Florida in
Plat Book 45, Page 31. A replat of Lots 1 through 7,
both inclusive, Block 1, DELRAY SHORES, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 232 and 233
of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
The subject property is located on the south side of Lake
Ida Road between Congress Avenue and Davis Road.
Section 2. That the Land Use Plan designation of the subject
property in the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 65-79 is
hereby changed to POI-Professional, Office, and Institutional.
Section 3. That the Planning Director of said City shall, upon
the effective date of this ordinance, change the Land Use Plan of Delray
Beach, Florida, to conform with the provisions hereof.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon passage on second and final reading.
