AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DEL~AY
BEACH, FLORIDA, REZONING AND PLACING LAND PRESENTLY
R-1AAA (SINGLE FAncILY LWELLING) DISTRICT IN R-1AA (bINGLE
FAMILY DWELLING) DISTRICT, A PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND
BEING IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST.
SAID PARCEL OF LAND IS LOCATED WEST OF DAVIS ROAD, BE-
TWEEN LONE PINE ROAD AND RAINBERRY BAY, A/~D A~ENDING
"ZONING 5~P OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, 1983".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SectiOn I. That the following described property in the City of
Delray Beach, Florida, is hereby rezoned and placed in the k-iAA (Single
Family Dwelling) District as defined in Chapter 30 of the Coae of Ordi-
nances of the City of Delray Beach to-wit:
The tract of land in Section 7, Township 46 South, Range
43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, known as Rainberry
Estates and more fully described as: The South 392 feet
of the North 988.54 feet of the Northwest quarter (NW
of said Section 7, Township 46 South, Range 43 East, less
the East 40 feet thereof: also described as: a parcel
of land in the northwest quarter (NW ¼) of Section 7,
Township 46 South, Range 43 East, more particularly
described as follows: Commence at the Northwest corner
of said Section 7; thence S 0°28'58" on an assumed
bearing, along the west line of said ~ection 7, a dis-
tance of 596.55 feet to the point of beginning of the
parcel to be herein described; thence continue S 0°28'
58"W, along the West line of said Section 7, a distance
of 392.01 feet; thence S 89°54'30"E, a distance of
2,647.41 feet to a point on a line 40 feet East of and
parallel to the North-South quarter section line of said
section, thence N 0°00'31"E, along said parallel line, a
distance of 392.00 feet to a point on a line 596.54 feet
South of and parallel to the North line of said Section
7; thence N 89°54'30"W, along said parallel line, a
distance of 2,644.16 feet to the point of beginning.
The subject property is located west of 5avis Road,
between Lone Pine Road and Rainberry Bay.
The above-described parcel contains a 23.81 acre parcel
of land, more or less.
Section 2. That the Planning· Director of sa~d City shall, upon
the effective date of this ordinance, change the ~oning hap oi De iray
BeaCh, Florida, to conform with the provisions of Section 1 hereo~.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective ten da~s
after passage on second and final reading.
