AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF D~.LRAY
BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY'S LAND USE PLAN DLSIG-
NATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR A PARCEL GF L~ND IN
SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST FROM SF
SINGLE FAMILY TO ~iF-10 MULTIPLE FAMILY; A£~NDIN~ f£HL L~ND
USE PLAN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
%~4EREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board, at the meeting nel~ on
December 19, 1983, recommended that the City's Land Use Plan designation
in the Comprehensive Plan for the sub]ect property be changed ~rom
Single Family to MF-10 Multiple Family; and,
%~4EREAS, the City Council concurs with the recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~E CITY
DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the legal description of the subyect property ls
as follows:
The East one half (E½) of Lot 18, Subdivision of Section
20, Township 46 South, Range 43 East, belray Beach,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 4, Sheet ~1, Palm
Beach County Public Records.
Containing 10.51 acres more or less.
The subject property is located east of 1-95, between
Carver 5k~ddle School and Carver Estates.
Section 2. That the Land Ose Plan designation of the sub3ect
property in the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 65-79
hereby changed to 5*%~-10 Multiple Family.
Section 3. That the Planning Director of said City shall, upon
the effective date of this ordinance, change the Land Use Plan of Delray
Beach, Florida, to conform with the provisions hereof.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective ten days
after passage on second and final reading.
