10-84 VOID ORDINANCE NO. 10-84 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, REZONING AND PLACING LAND PRESENTLY ZONED R-lA (SINGLE FAMILY ~ELLING) DIbTRICT IN P~-10 (~iULTIPSK FAMILY DWELLING) DISTRICT THE EAST ONE HALF (E½) OF LOT 18, SUBDIVISION OF SECTION 20, TOWN SHIP 46 WOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, DELRAY BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RE- CORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 4 $~ET #1, PALM BEACH COUNTY PUBLIC RECORDS, LOCATED EAST OF 1-95, BETWEEN C~RVER MIDDLE SCHOOL AND CARVER ESTATES, AND A~NDING "ZONING ~P OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, 1983". ~EREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board, at the meeting held on December 19, 1983, recommended rezoning and placing land presently zone~ R-iA (Single Family Dwelling) District in ~-10 (Multiple Family Dwelling) District; and, WHEREAS, the City Council concurs with the recommendation, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF DELRAY BEACh, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the following described propert2~ in the City of Delray Beach, Florida, is hereby rezoned and placed in the Rh-10 (Multiple Family Dwelling) District as deflned in Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordi- nances of the City of Delray Beach to-wit: The East one half (E½) of Lot 18, Subdivision of Section 20, Township 46 South, Range 43 East, Delray Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 4 Sheet #1, Palm Beach County Public Records. Containing 10.51 acres more or less. The sub3ect property is located east of 1-95, between Carver Middle School and Carver Estates. Section 2. That the Planning Director o~ said Clty shall, upon the effective date of this ordinance change the Zoning Map of Lelray Beach, Florida, to conform witn the provisions of bection 1, hereo~.
