AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY
BEACH, FLORIDA, REZONING AND PLACING LAND PRESENTLY ZONED
RM-15 (MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING) DISTRICT IN SC (SPECIAL-
IZED COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT, LOTS 36 THROUGH 44, INCLUSIVE,
BLOCK 37, DEL-RATON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF,
RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT
IN AND FOR PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 14,
PAGES 9 AND 10. SAID LAND IS LOCATED SOUTH OF TROPIC
BOULEVARD BETWEEN FEDERAL HIGHWAY AND FLORIDA BOULEVARD,
AND AMENDING "ZONING MAP OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, 1983".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property in the City of
Delray Beach, Florida, is hereby rezoned and placed in the SC (Specialized'
Commercial} District as defined in Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Delray Beach to-wit:
Lots 36 through 44, inclusive, Block 37, Del-Raton Park,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach
County, Florida, in Plat Book 14, Pages 9 and 10.
The subject property is located south of Tropic Boulevard
between Federal Highway and Florida Boulevard.
Section 2. That the Planning Director of said City shall, upon
the effective date of this ordinance change the Zoning Map of Delray
Beach, Florida, to conform with the provisions of Section 1, hereof.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective ten days
after passage on second and final reading.
PASSED AND ADOPTED in regular session on second and final reading
on this the 26th day of June , 1984.
