Res No. 60-18 final ----�S-OLU�TONNO. �0-TS A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, CREATING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR PARKING WITHIN THE CITY; DESCRIBING FEES FOR PARKING IN PARKING METER ZONES, FEES FOR PARKING PERMITS, .AND FEES FOR PARKING PENALTIES; AND DIRECTING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TAKE ALL NECESSARY ACTIONS TO EFFECTUATE SAME; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the City has designated parking meter zones throughout the City with parking restrictions for each zone in order to manage parking availability to residents within each zone; and WHEREAS, the City has authorized the use of certain parking permit programs in order to help residents and employees offset the costs of parking within the City;and WHEREAS, the City Commission is authorized to set parking rates,parking permit fees,and parking penalties by resolution. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH,FLORIDA that: Section 1. The foregoing recitals are hereby affirmed and ratified. Section 2.
