PURCHASE OF BREEZY RIDGE PROPERTIES: Consider approval of contracts for the purchase of six (6) Breezy Ridge Properties. (Approved, 4-0) o PROPOSAL FOR SETTLEMENT/ALWANI v. CITY: Consider acceptance of proposal for settlement subject to the receipt of appropriate releases in the Alwani v. City of Delray Beach case. Staff recommends acceptance.
