SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA
Pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Charter of the City of Delray Beach, Mayor David W. Schmidt, has
instructed me to announce a Special Meeting of the City Commission to be held for the following
purposes:
ARCHITECT AGREEMENT: Approve an agreement between the City of Delray Beach
and Ward Northup for the needed improvements at the municipal golf course. (Consensus to
renegotiate the agreement with Ward Northup and bring the modified agreement back for the September
3, 2002 Regular Meeting)
APPOINTMENT OF OUTSIDE COUNSEL/CORAL TRACE v. CITY OF DELRAY
BEACH: Approve appoinunent of Wiess and Handler, P.A. to act as outside counsel for the
case of Coral Trace v. City of Delray Beach at a governmental rate of $150.00 per hour.
