AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY
BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY'S LAND USE PLAN DESIGNA-
TION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE SUBJECT PROPERTY
FROM SF-SINGLE FAMILY TO I-INDUSTRIAL. SAID PROPERTY
BEING IN SECTIONS 20 .AND 29, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 43
EAST, WHICH PROPERTY IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN
THIS ORDINANCE, AND AMENDING THE LAND USE PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board, at the meeting held on
July 27, 1982, unanimously recommended that the City's Land Use Plan
designation for the subject property be changed from SF-Single Family to
I-Industrial; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council at the September 28, 1982, regular
meeting considered the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Board;

W/~EREAS, the City Council concurs in the recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DELRA~ BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. 'That the legal description of the subject prope, rty
Ks as follows:
A parcel of land located in NE¼ of Section 29, Township
46 South, Range 43 East, and a parcel of land located in
SE¼ of Section 20, Township 46 South, Range 43 East, more
particularly described as
That parcel located in said Section 29, also known as a
portion of West E1 Be, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page
22, of the Palm Beach County Records, is bounded on the
north by the centerline of Linton Boulevard; on the east
by the Florida. East Coast Railroad; on the south, the
south line and prolongation of said south line of Lots
through 14, Block 7 of said West E1 Be; on the west by
the centerline of S.W. 4th Avenue.
Together with;
That parcel located in said Section 20, also known as the
W½ of the SE¼, of the SE¼; is bounded on the north by the
south line of Plat l, Southridge, as recorded in Plat
Book 13, Page 38 in the Palm Beach County Records; on the
east by the west line of the E½, of the SE¼ of SE¼ of
said Section; on the south by the centerline of Linton
Boulevard; and on the west by the centerline of S.W. 4th
Avenue.
Section 2. That the Land Use Plan designation of the subject
property in the Comprehensive Plan, adopted by Ordinance No. 65-79, is
hereby changed to i-Industrial.
Section 3. That the Planning Director of the City shall, upon
zne effective date of this ordinance change the Land Use Plan of Delray
Beach, Florida, to conform with the provisions hereof.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective ten days
a~ter passage on second and final reading.
