AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRA~
BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY'S LAND USE PLAN DESIGNA-
TION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE SUBJECT PROPERTY
FROM SF-SINGLE FAMILY TO MF-15 MULTIPLE FAMILY (15 UNITS
PER ACRE). SAiD PROPERTY BEING IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP
46 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, WHICH PROPERTY IS MORE PARTIC-
ULARLY DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE, AND AMENDING THE LAND
USE PLAN.
%~HEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board, at the meeting held on
July 27, L982, unanlmously recommended that the City' s Land Use Plan
designation for the subject property be changed from SF-Single Family to
MF-i5 ~4ultlple Family (15 units per acre); and,
W~EREAS, the City Council at the September 28, 1982, regular
meetlng considered the recommendation of the P!anning and Zoning Board;
and,
~q~EREAS, the City Council concurs in ~he recommended_ion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
DELi{AY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Sec=lon 1. That the legal description of the subject p~operty
is as follows:
The %~½ of the E½ of Tract 31, Section 20, Township 46
South, Range 43 East, Model Land Company's Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Bock~,~ Page 4, of ~.e ~__~m Beach
County Records; together wit~% SE% of Trac-~ 32, of said
Sec=lon; together with the W% o~ the SW%, of Tract 8, of
said. Section; also including Lots l0 through 15, Block
LB, o~ PI&= l,. South=idge, as recorded in Pla= Book 13,
Page 39, of the P~lm Beach County Records; together with
Lots 3 ~hrough 13, Block 19, o~ said pla~; together wit/%
Lots 7' ~rough 13, Block 14 of said plat; also including
the right-of-way of Dixie Boulevard east of S.W. 10th
Avenue. and west of a prolongation o~ the east line of Lot

Section 2. That the Land Use Plan designation of the subject
property in the Comprehensive Plan, adopted by Ordinance No. 65-79, is
hereby changed zo :4F-15 ~ultiple Family (15 units per acre).
Sectlon 3. That the Planning Director of the City shall, upon
the effecuive dase of this ordinance change the Land Use Plan of Qelray
Seacn, Florida, to conform wi~% tiae provisions hereof.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective ten days
after passage on second and final reading.
