CONDITION AND ASKED MR, SINKS TO MAKE RECOMMENDATION AS TO NECESSARY
REPAIRS ON SAME. THE BUilDING INSPECTOR REPORTED THE REAR OF THE
BUilDING TO BE IN VERY BAD' SHAPE; AND SAID IT WAS ONlY A MATTER OF
TIME WHEN A BIG CHUNK OF CONCRETE WOUlD DROP OUT AND THE WAlls'
COllAPSE. HE CONSIBERED IT REAllY UNSAFE, STATING THE CONSTANT
PASSAGE OF HEAVY TRAINS WOUlD EVENTUAllY CAUSE THE WHolE BACK END OF
