WHEI~EAS', the City. Council at its regula~ meeting of October 13,. 1981
considere~ the annexation and the zoning and placing' of land presently in
the CountT of Palm Beach with COunty zoning of AG (Agricultural) District,i
iz~ th~ Cits~. zoning SAD (Special Activities') District;- and,
WHEREAS',. the City Council ha= determined that such changes should be

BEACh, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section i. That the following described property upon annexation into
the City of Delray Beach, Florid~, i~ hereby zoned and placed in the SAD
(Special Activities) Distric~ as. defined in Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordi-
nances of the City of Delray Beach, F. Iorida, to-wit:
The No~ch 480.0 feet of the following described parcel:
A parcel of land lying 'Ln Section 30, Township 46 South, Range 43
East, Palm Beach County,. Florida, said parcel being more parti-
cularly described as- follows:.
Commence at the Northwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter' of said Section 30;
Thence- Easterly along' the North Line of said Southeast Quarter of
the Southwest Quarter of' the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, a.
distance of 400.0L feet to the point of beginning of the parcel
to be herein described; Thence continue Easterly along the same
course, a distance of 517.57 feet to the intersection with the
West right-of-way line of Congress Avenue said West right-of-way
line being 53.0 feet West of the centerline of said Congress
Avenue; Thence Northerly along the said West right-of-way line, a

Section 2. That conditional use and site and development plan approvals
for the subjec~c property' described above are hereby granted subject to the
following expressed conditions:
(a) The only conditional uses to be permitted hereunder are as
follows:
An office development in one, two story building.
(b) Prior to development of this property and receiving any
building permits therefor, the subject development is re-
quired to be platted in accordance with the City Subdivision
Ordinance, Chapter 24 of the Code of Ordinances.
(c) That the drainage of the subject project shall be maintained

age will be allowed to flow over land on adjacent property.

Section. %. That the ~ime limitation: for this approval1 pursuant to
