ihe Council met in special session at 7:30 P.M. with the
following members present: Mr. Bradshaw, Mr. Crego, Mr. Hall,
Mr. Hill and Mr. Miller.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hill who stated
same had been called for the purpose of passing on its second
reading the ordinance permitting tax adjustments as recomm~n-
ded by the Bond Settlement Oommittee and approved by the council.
thereupon. the following ordinance. was by motion regularly
made, seconded and carried placed on its second reading:

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY uF DELRAY BEACH, JrLORIDA
.l'ROVIDING FOR THE SETTLEMENT uF DELINQUENT CITY
TAXES FOR THE YEAR 1936 AND PRIOR rEaRS', AND FOR THE
SETTLEMENT uF ALL DELINQUENT SPECIAL ASSESSMENT~
LIENS ON ALL PROPERTY IN THE CITY of DELRAY BEACH,
FLORIDA, EXCEPT THAT PORTION OF SAID CITY WHICH
CONSTITUTED THE FORMER TOWN OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA.
AND FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF ALL DELINQUENT TAXES AND
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT LIENS ON ALL PROPERTY FORMERLY
wITHIN THE. CI TY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA. OR ITS
PREDECESSOR MUNICIPALITIES, WHICH IS NOW LOCATED
OUTSIDE OF THE PRESENT CITY LIMITS OF THE SAID
CITY OF DELRAY BEACH. J!'LORIDA.
The ordinance having been read in full. it was moved
by Mr. Crego that same be passed on its second reading and
final passage. Mr. Bradshaw seconded the motion. and on
roll call, the vote was as follows: Mr. Bradshaw yes; Mr.
Crego yes; Mr. Hall yes; Mr. Hill yes; and Mr. Miller yes;
The motion was declared carried.

m~eting. it was regularly moved and carried that Council
adjourn.
