75-80 ORDINANCE NO. 75-80 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE CITY'S LAND USE DESIG- NATION IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR LOTS 4 THROUGH 17, INCLUSIVE, WILLIAMSON-DIEBEL SUBDIVISION, FROM MF-15 MULTIPLE FAMILY (15 UNITS/ACRE) TO SF SINGLE FAMILY AMD REZONING THE PROPERTY FROM RM-15 (MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING) DISTRICT TO R-lA (SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING) DISTRICT, AMENDING THE LAND USE PLAN AND "ZONING MAP OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, 1977". WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board, at the meeting held on September 15, 1980, unanimously recommended that the City's Land Use Plan designation in the Comprehensive Plan, for the subject property be changed from MF-15 Multiple Family (15 units/acre) to SF Single Family and that the property be rezoned from RM-15 (Multiple Family Dwelling) District to R-IA (Single Family Dwelling) District; and, WHEREAS, the City Council at the October 14, 1980, regular meeting considered the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Board; and, WHEREAS, t. he City Council concurs in the recommendation, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the legal description of the subjec% property is as follows: Lots 4 through 17, inclusive, Williamson-Diebel Subdivi- sion, as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 55 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida. Section 2. That the Land Use Plan designation of the subject property in the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Ordinance No. 65-79, is hereby changed to SF Single Family. Section 3. That the property is hereby rezoned and placed in R-iA (Single Family Dwelling) District, as defined in Chapter 30 "Zoning" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Delray Beach. Section 4. That the Planning Director of the City of Delray Beach shall, upon the effective date of this ordinance, change the Land Use Plan and Zoning Map of Delray Beach, Florida, to conform with the provisions hereof. Section 5. That this ordinance shall become effective ten days after passage on second and final reading.
