FLORIDA APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WilH EARlHL Y
DESIGNS AND RESOURŒS INC. DBA MOBILE LAWN
SERVIΠFOR STORMWAIBR REIBNTION AND
LANDSCAPE MAINlENANΠAUTHORIZING TI-IE 01Y
MANAGER TO EXECUΠTI-IE AGREEMENT AND TAKE
ALL ACTIONS NEŒSSARY TO EFFECIUAIB lHIS
AGREEMENT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DAIB; AND
FOR 011-IER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Delray Beach (Gty) is authorized to enter into agreements to provide
services, programming and products in accordance with its Charter; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an agreement with Eanhly Designs and Resources
Inc. DBA Mobile Lawn Services, for stormwater retention and landscape maintenance;
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems approval of this Resolution to be in the best interest
of the health, safety, and welfare of the residents and citizens of the City of Delray Beach and the public
at large.
NOW, TI-IEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TI-IE 01Y COMMISSION OF TI-IE 01Y
OF DELRAY BEAŒI, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section l. The foregoing recitals are hereby affirmed and ratified.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Delray Beach has reviewed and hereby
approves this Agreement between the City and Eanhly Design and Resources Inc. DBA Mobile Lawn
Service, a copy of which is attached to this resolution as Exhibit A
Section 3. The City Commission authorizes the Gty Manager to execute the Agreement
and any amendments and/ or renewals thereto, and take any other actions necessary to effectuate this
Agreement.
Section 4. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
