A letter was read from Dr. W.C. Williams with reference 0 the City's 'request for right-of-way adjacent to the Williams property in Block 140. The letter was orderell file-d. An enquiry was read t'rom an owner of' City or Delray Beach bonds. and it was moved by Mr. Rill, seconded by Mr. Johnston and un an im9u sly carried that the City attorney, auditor anll clerk be authorizedt"O draw up a form. letter giVing bond 'data and inforrmtion suitable f'oruse in replying to all such bond enquiries.
