he Ordinance Committee be authorized and instructed to prepare
an ordinance amending the ordinances passed on September 14th,
1925 and July 26th, 1926, fixing the m~ jail sentence at '- ,
ninety days. The motion was seconded by Mr. Berg and unanimous
ly carried. ~;
The Chairman announced the appointment oP the following
members as an Advisory Committee in the matter of working out e
zoning ordinance:

It was moved by Mr. Diggans, seconded by Mr. Crego
carried that the sum of 5.00 be appropriated for the pnrp

Mr. Diggans reported that a small amount of concrete'
Was needed at the Shuffle Board Courts in order to protect the
courts from sand blowing across them. Mr. Berg moved that the.`:
work be done. The motion was seconded by Mr. Endsley and cart-`

On motion duly made, seconded and carried Doctor
K. M. Davis was allowed the sum of 10,00 for his services
as City Health Officer.
It was moved by Mr. Berg that Mrs. Nichols be paid
the sum of 26.60 as annual rental for'the storehouse on the
beach. The motion was seconded by Mr. Endsley and on roll
call unanimously carried.
