The minutes of meetings held January 25th and February;;;, 4th were read and approved. On motion duly made, seconded and' ",""~A serried the matter was referred to 13~e Finance Committee for ~s' investigation. ?.+' It was moved by fir. ~!i °a"'~ xiot 6gans that the purchase of e gun for .use of the police department for the sum of ~2©: . be ratified and approved. The motion was seconded by Mr. Endsley anel on roll call the vote was es follows: Mr. Berg b^*; yes, g4r. Grego yes, Il4r. Diggans yes and Mr. Smith no. The ''"~ motion was carried. Mr. Diggans reported that the walk by the shuffle ~* board courts in the City Park had been repaired." ii[r. The City of Delray Beach to receipt Mr. Holland in full for 1931 improvement assess~rent s against Lots 3, 4, 11 and 18 in Block 53 and twenty-one mills of the City taxes on said property-i'or the year 1931, provided.,.. however, that-said-Mr:°--~--~ Holland pay the City the sum of X66.70 sash, representing ~` twenty-three mills of the taxes cm said property. The total cost to the City for the purchase of said storm sewer to be X107.80. The motion was seconded by Bdr. Crego and on roll Dell unanimously carried.
