The minutes of meetings held January 25th and February;;;, 4th were read and approved. On motion duly .made, seconded and '"~ carried his recommendation was concurred in. ,u , Mr. Berg offered the following motion; That the Cat; Clerk be authorized and instructed to transfer the Generale Bond Fund account and. the Special Bond Fnnd aeeoznt now with; the Florida State Bank of Delray Beach to the l~entral Faxmerc Ta'ust Company of Test palm Beach, and that the'emounts due these accounts Pram collections be transYerred"Prom the genet fund account to these accounts monthly. The City of Delray Beach to receipt Mr. Holland in full for 1931 improvement assess~rent s against Lots 3, 4, 11 and 18 in Block 53 and twenty-one mills of the City taxes on said property-i'or the year 1931, provided.,.. however, that-said-Mr:°--~--~ Holland pay the City the sum of X66.70 sash, representing ~` twenty-three mills of the taxes cm said property. The total cost to the City for the purchase of said storm sewer to be X107.80. The motion was seconded by Bdr. Crego and on roll Dell unanimously carried.
