The motion was seconded by Bor. Berg and on' call unanimously carried. Mr. Diggans, Chairman of the Light Committee, xe7 that his eomm3.'ttee had gone into the matter of reducing.• street lights and made .the following recommendation: Ths City reduce the regular-white way lights to thirty-nine hundred candle power lights, the cost of which would be;~ per month, and that the overhead bracket lamps be reduced twenty-four one hundred candle power lights, which would a total of 10000 per month, making a total cost of stye lights $213.75 per month. Mr. Berg moved that the report received and the recommendations adopted beginning.May is continuing until December 1st, 1932. The following motion was offered by Mr. Diggans: That the Clerk be authorized and instructed to pay Clint Poore such money as has been collected on improvement liens held by him against the City for street construction work.' The motion was seconded by D:7r. Berg and on roll call unani-,,,, mously carried. On motion duly made, seconded and carried the Clerk was authorized and instructed to pay P~Sr. w, g, Jacobs the sum of ;p3.00 for services rendered for acting as judge pro tem in municipal court in the ease of the City of Delray Beach Vs J. C. Boehm. '` The following mot ion was offered by Mr. Berg: Tha;~ the Palm Beach Company, holders of past due interest aoupo and also coupons and one bond becoming due July 1st, be pa: when presented. The motion was seconded by hTr. Crego and'' roll call unanimously carried. Lt was moved by Pdr. Diggans that the application o2 PdLr. Prince to install a filling station at 5th venue, 'NF ,N ! be granted. The motion was seconded by Pdr. Crego and parr In the matter of making certain repairs to the Cit3 jail it was moved, seconded and carried that this matter b9 referred to the Chief of Police with power to act, providin the cost of said repairs does not exceed X50.00. It was regularly moved, seconded and .carried that ' current bills be referred to the Finance Committee. The_ following bills having been audited and 0. K.
