April 26th, 1932.
The Council met in adjourned regular session at 7:30
P. i.i. The Pollo~ring members were present: P,Ir. Berg, ;;Tr. Crego,
is P:Sr. Diggans and N:r. Smith.
The application of the P~iodern Jewelry Company for an
occupational license was taken up and discussed by the ovmers
and different members of the Council, after which P:Tr. Crego
offered the following motion: That the Clerk be authorized
w and directed to issue an occupational license to the 1Liodern
Jewelry Company at the price of a recognized merchant. The
motion was seconded by P.Zr. Diggans and on roll call the vote
was as follows: P~4r. Berg yes, P;Zr. Crego yes, P,Sr. Diggans yes,
and n2r. Smith no.
It was regularly rnoved, seconded and carried that the ""
City Clerk bnd Attorney be authorized and directed to prepare:
I, a deed to a five Poot strip of land on Lot 7 Block 2, Ocean
' Park, to be executed and delivered on receipt of a deed from
the Cor~lmunity Church to a similiar five foot strip extending
across their property.

On motion duly made, seconded and carried the Clerk
was instructed to pay P,2r. G. A. Pringle the `3.35 refunded on
the fire insffiranee policy on the Clin~°property.
On motion duly made, seconded and carried the widows
tax exemption of Irene Burrows was allowed.
On motion duly made, seconded and carried Council
adjourned.
