05-09-32 Regular COUNCIL CA~N~R Relay 9th, 1932. , ~ The Council met in regular session at %:30 P. M: The--'- ~--- MayoP and Yellowing members of the Council were present: Mrc Berg, Mr. Crego, Mr. Diggans, and Mr. Smith. The minutes of meetings held April 25th, 26th, 28th and May 6th were read and approved. A proclamation =as read from Mayor Ha7.1, proylai=ing Tuesday, Tune %th, 1938, the date Yor holding an election Yor ~ Councilman at Large to gill the unexpired term oY the late R ~ P. Endaley. E+fr. Diggana then oYYered the Yellowing motion: That the Council approve the above date Por holding a special City election to elect a Councilman at Large. The motion was ' seconded by Mr. Berg and unanimously carried. The Yolloti°ring motion was offered by Mr. Berg: That the Diamond Bsll Teams be allowed to use the City Park, provided, :..s automobiles would not be permitted in the park.
