On motion duly made, seconded and carried the matter was referred to the Street Committee with power to act. ' The following resolution was then introduced: A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TAE CITY OF DELRAY ' r BEACH, FLORIDA; AUTHORIZING AND pIRECTING TAE FORECLOSURE OF CERTAIN TAX CERTIFICATES ON PROPERTY LOCATED wITAIN SAID CITY. '` NI3EREAS oertain property located in the City of Delray Beach has delinquent taxes against same for several years.
