07-11-32 Regular couNCIL cr~tB~t July 11th, 1932. The Council met in regu]ar session at 7:30 P. M. The Mayor and all members of the Counc it were present. The minutes of meetings held June 27th and July 5th were read and after correcting apps oved. ~, A deed executed by A. A. Plotner to the City for a strip of land 36x300' in Section 8 was presented to the City for acceptance. The matter of accepting same was discussed, after which Mr. Berg offered the following motion: That the acceptance of the deed to the strip of ground be deferred. The motion was seconded b y Mr: Diggans and unanimously carried. ~. A communication was received from the Delray Tax Ad- ~ustment Company demanding payment of X42.00 on the City ]9 26 Special Bond coupons and X312.50 on the 1926 General Bond Issue. It was moved by Mr. Berg and seconded by Mr. Diggans that the Clerk be authorized and instructed to pay the same and on roll call the vote was as follows: Mr. a Berg yea, Mr. Crego yea, BSr: Diggans yea, Mr. Jacobs yea, and Mr. Smith no.
