The Council met as an Equalization Board at 9:30 A. M. ~'
All members of the Council were present. zj
u The Burd Pmduce Company protested the improvement
assessment on Lot 1 in Block 93 and it was regularly moved,
seconded and carried that phis assessment be reduced from 1'
X375.00 to X200.00.
PJIr. A. George protested the improvement assessment on
,. Lot 6 in Block 106 and on motion duly. ma de seconded and
carried the same was reduced mom X500 to 400.00. ~,
On motion du1,p made, seconded and carried the assess-
. ment of improvements on the E'~ of Lot 2 in Block 92 was ~°
reduced from X2,500,00 to 2,000.00. t

The complaints oP the Florida Power Ec Light Company ~,
~ and llQrs. H. R, 1Vchols were taken up and discussed at length, ~;
after which the Poltowing motion was offered by Mr. Diggans:

found that their valuations were just and equitable and that „$
:;' no reductions oP.valuations be made. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Grego and unanimously carried.
All complaints of tag payers having been heard and no-
further matters pertaining to the 1932 tag roll coming before
the Board the following resolution was presented.
