The Council met in adjourned regular session at 9:30
A. M. The Mayor and all members of the Council were present.
The City Attorney read a tentative letter he had
addressed to the attorneys representing the Bond Holders
Protective Committee. 147r. Diggans moved that the Council"en-
dorse the letter as read and instruct the Attorney to £orwerd
same to Messrs. h'Engle and Shand. The motion was seconded "
by ~'. Berg and unanimously carried.
It was regularly moved, seconded and carried that them
Council adjourn to meet on call of the chair.
