The Council met at 9:30 A. M. in adjourned regular

The City Attorney read a communication from L'Engle ~~~
and Shand,. representingg the Bond Holders Protective Associ-
ation, regarding the 15 32 tax levy. Pdr. Diggans then.
offered the following motioa: That the levy for bond
service remain at twenty mills. The motion was seconded !'_''
by Mr. Berg and on roll call the vote was as follows: Mr
~, Berg yes, Mr. Grego no, Mr. Diggans ys s, Mr. Jacobs no and i~{
Mr. Smith yea. ~~,

Mr. Diggans then offered the motion to reconsider.
The motion was seconded by Nlr. Berg and carried. Mr. Diggans sk
then offered the following motion: That the debt service fors FF
the current year be' fixed at, fifteen mills for assenting ~~a~,
bond holders. The motion was secanded by Mr. Berg and an •-
roll call the vote was as follows: Mr. Berg yes, Mr. Grego

~' It was moved by Mr. Diggans that the distribution for 3
delinquencies Por 1930 and 1931 be divided seven eighths to , FFF
